THE POSITION:

Full-time, on-site software development position. Candidates should have 2-3 years experience with web-based software development.

REQUIREMENTS:

. Ruby on Rails (ability to create a new app from scratch, configure and deploy to multiple environments)
. Object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks
. Using OOP (abstraction, inheritance, knowing when to refactor)
. jQuery (know how to implement event handling, DOM traversal and to enable AJAX)
. Ability to write clean, valid HTML and CSS
. Using SVN for source-control and issue-tracking software
. Application deployment, using Capistrano in a Linux environment


BONUS POINTS:

. Experience with Spree e-commerce integration
. Experience with Wordpress customizations
