THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU:

• When it comes to Ruby on Rails, you are unstoppable.
• XHTML, CSS, Javascript, and AJAX are no big deal for you.
• You also get relational database design and normalization.
• You would love to work with an award-winning design team.
• You’ve got passion. You contribute to open source projects or participate in local developer/tech communities.
• You can manage your own server configuration and deployment set up in a pinch.
• You care about best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration and deployment, and iterative development.
• You enjoy working with distributed version control systems (git is our fave).
• You have superb spoken and written English.
• You’ve been developing web applications professionally for at least two years.
• You have a BS in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
